1. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images, and nutritional information.

Natural Variations: Because dried fruits are natural agricultural products, there may be slight variations in color, size, and taste between batches.
Allergen Warning: All products are processed in a facility that may handle nuts, seeds, soy, or dairy. If you have severe allergies, please review the product labels carefully or contact us before purchasing.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via [Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Credit Cards, PayPal].
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method chosen.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: We ship in Pakistan Only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Perishable Nature: Dried fruit has a long shelf life, but extreme weather during transit (such as intense heat) may affect quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by courier delays or packages left unattended in adverse weather conditions.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are food items, we must adhere to strict health and safety regulations.

Perishable Policy: We do not accept returns on food products once they have been shipped, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at albarkatdryfruits@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted if requested before the order enters the fulfillment and shipping process.

5. Proper Storage and Shelf Life

Once delivered, the proper storage of the product is the customer's responsibility.

Dried fruits should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place (or refrigerated) in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
AL-BARKAT DRY FRUITS is not liable for spoilage, mold, or insect infestation that occurs due to improper storage after delivery.
